All items are checked before they leave the warehouse and are packaged securely for delivery. Jewelry items are very tough and it is highly unlikely you will receive any damaged goods. Received Wrong Product
In the unfortunate event that you have received the wrong product please accept our sincere apologies! Get in touch by clicking here and we will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
We are happy to accept returns. The return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. There will be a charge of $6.99, which is the cost incurred when we shipped the jewelry from our warehouse to the customer. This cost is always incurred by us, even if we have offered free shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. All items must be in their original packaging and unopened.
